I'm a freelance photographer -- based in Casper, Wyoming -- specializing in commercial photography. Past clients have included local, national and international businesses as well as The Grapevine Sun and Casper Star-Tribune newspapers. I also shoot images for The PhotoShelter Collection, an Internet-based stock photo agency. I have assembled a small team of dedicated freelance assistants I can call on when necessary to help with large productions, styling, and modeling. About my Style Anyone who knows my work knows I am a minimalist. I believe in clean, crisp images with great composition. I tend to favor bold colors and classic, uncluttered presentations; although I'm not afraid to embrace trends from time to time. I believe a photograph's message and mood, especially for commercial purposes, should be crystal clear. I am also a minimalist with regards to equipment, having made a complete transition to digital imaging. I use lightweight but powerful equipment that functions well in the studio but is also easily transported for location shoots. I'm not a gear junkie who believes that if I own a piece of equipment I have to use it for every shot. I believe in using just the equipment necessary and I believe this helps the creative team stay fresh and energized, which lead to better images. Having less equipment to move and set up also cuts down on time billed to clients, saving them money in the long run.
